Awards and recognitions

In 2022 Boots became the first health and beauty retailer in the UK to receive the Menopause Friendly Employer accreditation, and just three years later in 2025 we announced that we’d been awarded the Long-Term Impact Honour in Menopause Friendly’s fourth birthday honours list as well as becoming one of the first organisations in the UK to become an accredited Menstruation Friendly Employer.

We’re proud to have received multiple independent accreditations in addition to the above as part of our long-standing commitment to our team members to build a culture of inclusion, allyship and advocacy where everyone can thrive.
