People Resource Groups

S&P Global proudly supports nine People Resource Groups (PRGs) at the organization to support the acquisition, engagement and development of diverse talent.

40% of our people belong to at least one PRG. Our People Resource Groups added more than 1,000 new members and 8 additional regional networks in 2020

S&P Global is passionate about investing in their female employees. Since 2004, WINS, the Company’s first ERG, has delivered programming that builds leadership competencies and increases opportunities for personal, professional, company and community success and impact for women employees and their supporters.

Women’s Initiative for Networking and Success (WINS) became the company’s first PRG. WINS leaders are committed to creating a culture that inspires women to develop their leadership abilities, seize growth opportunities and increase their knowledge of S&P Global. With an ever-expanding network of 25+ global chapters, WINS offers workshops that provide women with the skills they need to advance and grow. Programming centers around our Company’s Leadership Essentials, including content that drives skill-building in Adopting a World View, Executing with Discipline and Elevating People to name a few.
