Squash: How to navigate workplace gender bias

This one hour session with Squash and Women in Tech, is for women and gender diverse individuals who experience gender-based workplace bias.

Navigating workplace bias can be exhausting and disempowering but understanding the barriers and having the right tools can change the game. This workshop uses real-world scenarios performed by actors, to equip participants with strategies to recognise and overcome systemic bias, advocate for themselves and build confidence in their careers.

What you can expect:

We’ll be using real-world scenarios performed by professional actors to spotlight bias, start meaningful conversations and participants will leave with practical, actionable strategies.

About Squash: Squash create interactive workshops, using actors, that challenge bias and empower teams with practical tools for change. We bring to life workplace experiences in order to create the ‘aha’ moments that act as the catalyst for change – through showing, rather than telling. An engaging, refreshing antidote to traditional DEI training.
