The HotSpot presents Women’s Voices: Career Growth in STEM Fields, a panel discussion featuring women working in STEM who will share their professional journeys, challenges, and insights on career development.
This Women’s History Month, we aim to place female leaders front and center. Women passionate about science, technology, engineering, and mathematics often face challenges in finding their place in traditionally male-dominated fields. Through this discussion, we will explore these challenges and examine the role gender continues to play in the workplace, drawing on the lived experiences of women in senior positions. We will also discuss changes to implement for future generations, as well as seek our experts’ advice on navigating professional environments, growth, and career development as women in STEM.
The discussion will be followed by an open networking session, providing attendees with the opportunity to meet the panelists and connect with one another.
