The CGI UK Women’s Network is a community dedicated to championing gender diversity and empowering women within CGI. Founded in 2018, our network has grown into the oldest and largest of CGI’s 11 DE&I networks, now uniting over 800 CGI Partners from across the organisation. We are proud to be at the heart of CGI’s drive toward a more inclusive workplace.
Our network is led by a passionate CGI Partner-volunteer committee whose commitment goes beyond their day-to-day roles to bring our initiatives to life. It is open to all CGI Partners, irrespective of gender and welcome allies who share our values and recognise the importance in what we do.

Every month, our committee curates a newsletter that not only spotlights our Woman of the Month but also delivers insights on health, wellbeing, and self-development. With curated recommendations for books, podcasts, and films, as well as updates on our upcoming events, our newsletter is a hub of inspiration and practical guidance.
Over the past year, we have hosted a wide range of events, from intimate discussions on menopause, breast cancer and menstrual health, to workshops on mentorship, overcoming impostor syndrome and navigating career promotions. Our keynote sessions feature influential female leaders who share their journeys, and our community events, from networking sessions to charity fundraisers, foster genuine connections and collective growth.
