Where the Empower mission began, an event like no other with the belief that personal and professional development should be accessible to all. We know that enabling change starts with a focus on the positive and that’s why we want to deliver this event for the community in a way which makes it as accessible in as many ways as possible. .
In September 2026, Empower Women In Tech Conference will open its doors to more than 350 attendees in our home city of Manchester.
The event is a one-day conference comprising of keynote speeches, panels and break-out stages from a speaker line-up who have all been selected via application.
The day will also include action learning workshops and the opportunity for networking and collaboration in our informal exhibition space before closing the event with a celebratory drinks reception.
Some things you may not know about our event:
- We actively champion first-time and early-stage speakers
- Never launching with a speaker lineup,
- All of our speakers are selected via application process and benefit from speaker support from our experienced team
- We keep ticket prices as low as possible
- Accessible childcare for everyone
Our event is not for profit, anything we make above covering our costs is donated to our chosen charity
