1 Great George Street, London, England - SW1P 3AA

This conference brings together women from across the government to hear from inspirational speakers and engage in thought-provoking panel discussions on shared challenges and opportunities. Participants will gain valuable insights, expand their knowledge, and build a stronger professional network to support their personal and career growth.

Our focus this year is on the skills women will need for the future – how to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving world shaped by digital transformation and artificial intelligence. We will explore what AI really means in practical terms, and how it will impact the way we work and lead. As a government-wide initiative, the conference will also look at how departments can collaborate more effectively in the digital space to deliver on the Government’s mission. We’ll discuss how women, through our Women in Technology networks, can play a key role in driving this cross-departmental collaboration and innovation.

Finally, we will address diversity and leadership – how to increase the representation of women and minority groups not only in the Senior Civil Service but also within G6 and G7 levels, particularly in technology roles. By fostering inclusion at every level, we can build a more dynamic, innovative, and representative workforce.
