This event is designed to foster meaningful dialogue on the strategies, challenges, and opportunities related to building high-performing software teams, while also highlighting the unique contributions women are making in this space.
We’re delighted to be joined by Carla Whiteford, Software Developer; Helen Randall, Director of Research and Development; and Laura Suter, Software Development Manager, who are all now working at Netwrix Corporation. They will share their experiences working in the industry, overcoming common software development challenges, and navigating career growth in a male-dominated field.
